I bought this brand new from Warmoth about 2 years ago. It has always been my backup bass and has received little playing time. I play in church so I'm only playing one or two Sundays per month as it is so my backup really isn't used much.
This is one of their chambered bodies and weighs a scant 4.0 lbs empty (see neck pocket photo). Fully assembled with a heavy Warmoth neck it was in the 8 to 8.5 lb. range. Mount a lighter neck and you might end up under 8 lbs.
The only mark is one small chip on the lower horn (see pic).
