I recently got this in trade after not having played one before, and I am very impressed. What a great sounding and playing bass. The compact ergonomics make it feel very comfortable. I didn't notice the scale length difference from my usual 34". Really great sounding B string.
It is wired passive, but with a push/pull pot on the tone knob. When it is down, the blend and tone work as expected. But when it is up, both pickups remain on and the blend knob selects between the two pickups outside and inside coils, giving additional tone options. That was unexpected, and cool.
The bass will ship in a Martin Keith gig bag, not the case in the photos. Add actual shipping cost. North Jersey/NYC area pickup available. Cash is great, PayPal is okay.
