This bass is the same as the one Anthony Crawford plays here, except that it has upgraded Aguilar pickups.

It is the preferred bass of Joe Hubbard (5 string), even though he has basses that cost more than 4 times as much. Example of Joe's playing on this bass here. (I ordered this bass while studying with Joe).

Compared to a vintage Fender Jazz at 42mm body thickness, this one is a little thinner at 40mm

What wood is on the finger board?
Do you have an exact weight?

Thanks for the questions. I think if you scroll down on the post, there should be specs listed in another comment.
The fretboard is pau ferro.
The weight is 8.2 lbs on my luggage scale, and 8.3-8.5 on a step on scale, not sure which is more precise.
