This is a MusicMan-style ceramic humbucker taken from a Sterling by MusicMan Ray24CA, aka Stingray Classic. Selling because I just sold the bass and I have no use for this. It is currently setup to be soldered in series (it’s still a mystery why SBMM decided to wire this up in series) but just follow the Nordstrand guide (wire colors are the same) and you can easily set this up in parallel.
Based on @LowEndLobster’s research and experience, this is light-years better than the stock ceramic pickup on the SUB Ray4. In fact, when I replaced this on my Ray24 with a Nordy MM4.2, not much difference could be heard.
