    Greetings all,

For sale is a mod bar I purchased off of TalkBass a few years ago, may have been Webtecca original mfg, but I have no idea who made it. It is a simple SST (Stainless Steel) bar 3/8" in diameter (.374 with my calipers) with 4 .150" holes in it. The purpose is to pull the ball ends of the strings away from the bridge another 3/8ths of an inch to keep the silk ends from riding on your bridge saddles. The added benefit of this is increased bridge mass. Jack Casady bass players generally love these. It does not attach, just string your strings through it first then put it under the bridge at the end. I'll include a picture. String pressure keeps it in place.

Selling because I got the Hipshot replacement bridge and the Hipshot does everything this did and more. If you have a stock Gibson 3 point or Epiphone 3 point, this will fit without any trouble. May work on other bridge models too, but I have no idea

Free shipping to continental US, outside borders ships at your cost, including any customs or import fees. PayPal only. Thanks!

    Length 2.593" long (2.5 inches)
