Bass is in great shape with only minor surface swirling. Hard to get photos of this piano black finish, so I tried in a few different lighting situations. I didnt get a case or gig bag with this bass and have been using a pretty thick short keyboard bag for it. It fits the bass well, with its odd shape, and is pretty thick. Ill ship it in that. The neck feels just like the Funk Unlimited that I used to have. Great low action with no buzzing. Same immediate punch to the tone as well. With the EMG pickup, this is a very loud passive bass.
