For sale is my GoliathFX Black Ice, excellent/minty condition:
"...a bass overdrive preamp style pedal I developed from the classic TS9. It shares the same opamp gain stage, recovery stage and input buffer but that’s kind of where the similarities end.
- Clean blend coming from the input buffer so you’ll know that is a nice strong signal. The TubeScreamer tone stack has been totally replaced for one with a more amp like response that has been optimized for bass, to ensure maximum low end is retained even without the blend activated.
- Master tone control and a mids control to help cut through a guitar heavy mix if needed.
- Toggle switch (vintage/modern).
- Volume and Gain controls, also "Warp" control. On the left is a high headroom, open and more amp sounding crunchy drive with a more compressed, tighter overdrive to the right, that when used in conjunction with the vintage/modern switch can create a load of variety and flavour of overdrive.
The IceDrive can be used on its own paired with your amp to create warm, thick bass tones or stacked with your favourite preamp and distortion pedals to push them into whole new levels."
