For sale PEDULLA 1993 USA Custom Buzz Lined Fretless 4-String Bass w/Case

This rare 1993 Pedulla Buzz Lined Fretless 4-string bass is Used but in Good Condition; it has been played regularly and the polyester finish on the fingerboard shows wear / chipping (it can be refinished or epoxied to make it look like new if you desire). The body has finish scuffs, scratches, nicks and wear, but no major dings, cracks or dents into the wood. Light aging wear on the gold hardware.

The neck is straight, the back of the neck has two finish chips (see photos), the fingerboard is in good condition with some string wear and some surface chipping on the coating. Action has been set very low with nickel roundwounds and the intonation has been properly set; plays and sounds fantastic. The original Pedulla hardshell case is included and the bass will be securely packed and fully insured.

I intended to send this in to Pat Wilkins for refinishing since Michael Pedulla has retired and is not taking on work, but I'm not playing 4-strings much anymore. This bass would be a perfect candidate for a custom color! If you're not concerned about cosmetics, it's a monster player as-is!
