Rosewood fingerboard looks stunning; hardest rosewood I've played
New Bartolini 'classic bass' soapbars with new Performance TTL BP-300 active pre-amp with 'live' mode(smooth) switch.
Control lay out is:
vol,blend,stacked knob(bottom treble,top mids), 'live' mode mini switch then bass.
Has a nice genuine but aggressive sound; and performance preamp gives it a unique clear quality.

Frets are in a 9/10 condition
Body has no major dings or sctratches. There is one small dent in the fretboard at the 12th fret g string.
Strung with pedulla nickels and shipped in the nice old pedulla OHSC w/owners kit. I try to be 100% honest on sales so listed below are the problems I've encountered with the bass.

*NOTE:There is a slight hump in the board around the starting 12th to 16th fret, meaning the neck slightly curves towards the e string in that area making the board push up a little. This creates buzzing in places, mainly frets above the 13th frets mainly E,A bad and d a little. G string 5-9th fret. Although right now as the action is about medium I'm not getting much buzz at all. Unfortunately the seller was not aware of any of this because his setup was higher action I guess.
This bass would make a great fretless
*Also the preamp back cover sticks out 1/8th inch due to size of pre-amp (decided not to do any routing)
