Brand new never installed pre wired OBP-3. I got this included with a bass I just bought and don't need it. I'm not positive where the original owner purchased it but I know for sure it has never been installed in anything. I posted a wire diagram from best bass gear as a referance. (Diagram is shown as an 18V setup, this is a 9V setup) It's got 250k volume and blend pots for passive pickups. Comes with the nuts and washers for the pots and 1 9v battery terminal. You can get a second one pretty cheap if you want to wire it at 18V. Battery terminal and wires to the jack need to be soldered in, that's it.
Layout is
1)Volume push/pull active passive
2) Blend
3) Mid with push pull selectable frequencies +/- 16db @ 400Hz/800Hz
4) Stacked bass +/- 18db @ 40Hz and treble +/- 16db @ 6.5 kHz
