Bought this Precision bass body a couple years back during a Frankenstein P build. Went another way and have been toting this beautiful piece of wood ever since.
I don’t know what type of hardwood this is but it is dense enough weighing in at 4.7 pounds. It has been configured for a split P pup and there’s additional routing for an onboard preamp. I intended to use it a passive pup but it is capable either way.
