What does this pedal do exaclty?

It's an octave down fuzz. So it has an Octaver combined with a square wave fuzz. You can blend the two, so it's all fuzz, all octave, or somewhere in between. I wouldn't recommend it as straight octaver, it's quite glitchy, and unapologetically. Here's a good demo from a fellow TBer (starts at 4:45):
