For sale: a well kept 2006 MIJ Mustang in excellent condition, especially considering that it's 16 years old. Purchased from a studio musician who primarily uses Mustangs on the road, this bass was only used in his home for practice. This Mustang has a white poly finish and a lovely rosewood fingerboard. All of the notes ring out clearly and with the characteristic Mustang thump. The neck is maple with some lovely figuring and feels great in the hand; not sticky!
As best I can tell, there are only a small number of cosmetic flaws: a small dent on the back of the bass, a small indentation in the neck that I only noticed when running my hand down it and some pickguard scratches from the use of a plectrum. It's in overall excellent condition with very little wear on the frets; it looks to be mostly unused.
The sound is what you'd expect from a Mustang and the neck and frets are in great shape.
