Hi TBers,

Up for sale (until I come to my senses again) is my Roscoe Century fretless 5. If you didn't already know, Roscoe fretless basses are the bees knees. The reason I'm moving this one is because I want to get a 6-string Roscoe fretless. It might be cliché to say, but fretless Roscoes don't come up for sale very often since they are so highly regarded.

This one has a wonderful (and almost unobtainable) dark diamondwood board with impeccable inlaid aluminum lines, a lightweight ash body (bass weights 7lbs. 15.5oz), and typical Roscoe from there out: 3-piece maple neck, Bartolini humbuckers, Bartolini 3-band pre, 18.3mm spacing, 35" scale. The satin finish has some glossyness in the typical forearm and leg areas, and some signs of gentle use, primarily on the back (notice the picture on the back that shows some very light scratches by the body cut). Some small dings you might be able to find in the pictures. Currently wearing LaBella 750N-B black nylon tapewounds. Original Roscoe gig bag included in great shape.

$1900 shipped conus, or best offer. Other regions available for shipping, but require a quote. Local Chicago area gets a discount for not making me box this up and ship it.

I played Pedulla Buzz basses for years. They are wonderful basses and I sold mine after I got my Roscoe Century 6 fretless. There is no comparison. Michael Pedulla made fantastic basses and Keith Roscoe makes an even better sounding/playing fretless. Someone will get a great bass when they buy this.

Thanks, @Chuck M! Keith's basses are just so amazing. I'm fortunate enough to have several other Roscoes at this point (including my 'lifer' fretless), but I might end up holding onto this one too.

Great TB’er to deal with folks!
Adam is a class act and Roscoe fretless basses are too! You won’t find a bass with more mwah and growl. The Diamondwood finger board is awesome (and no longer available).
