I've had this bass about a year. I used it maybe 4 times at church. Thought I'd use it more but I just seem to grab my fretted Roscoe instead. Here are the specs from Rocket Music where I bought it.

Features
  • Model: Century Standard Plus 5 ($2875)
  • Body: Mahogany
  • Top: Quilted Maple
  • Finish: Oil
  • Pickups: Dual Bartolini Hum-Free J Pickups, JB locations
  • Preamp: Bartolini 3-Band/18V
  • Neck: 3-Piece Maple Neck
  • Fingerboard: Lined Black Diamondwood, Fretless
  • Hardware: Black (+$75)
  • Case: Roscoe Single Gigbag
This is the 2nd fretless I've had with these specs. This one is probably even better than the first. It is an amazing bass to play, hear and see. The added back laminate is fairly unique to a Standard Plus bass. weighs in at a svelt 8.2 pounds. Standard Roscoe 18.3mm spacing at the bridge. 35" scale.

Might be interested in the right trade. I think I'm set for my 5 string needs.
As for 4 strings, maybe a Sadowsky.
I don't really use effects.
I'm interested in the new Genzler head and BA cabs.
REDDI's look interesting.
Any trade needs to be straight up or cash my way.

IM me to talk about payment and shipping options. Here are some pics...

I have owned a Pedulla Buzz, 2 Pentabuzz and a Hexabuzz. They are terrific basses....until you compare them to a Roscoe fretless. I have a Century 3006 fretless that is simply the best electric bass I have ever owned. Nothing that I have tried compares to the Roscoe.

I believe they are the best fretless basses made. Period. Tone, feel, and then add the beauty and what more could you ask for.
