This Sadowsky preamp was OEM in my Valenti J5. I've taken that bass passive so the preamp is available.
Standard fare Sadowsky preamp so far as I know. Knobs are Volume, Blend, VTC with pull active bypass, and Stacked Bass/Treble boost.
It's all wired up, should be a 4 solder point drop-in to a 2 pickup bass.
