This is the preamp from the Rex Brown signature set. Pickups are 1/4 libers. This is a very powerful preamp BUT its very clean, I don't like clean, I like aggressive types. It has a master volume, blend, stacked bass/treble and bypass which is a push down /pop up thing on vol, really cool. Comes with really nice knobs. This is for PASSIVE pickups
