I found a box of 3 Shure mics stored in a drawer; I thought I sold them years ago. I am now offering them separately.
This mic was tested by a local electronics shop and works.
From: Vintage 1980's Shure Sm59 Dynamic Cardioid Microphone W Accessories # 2 Sm54
“This was a high quality, higher end mic used for studio work and public speaking events. This particular model was often used by televangelist Jim Bakker when speaking on live television. The Shure SM-59 has a very nice warm tone and set at Low impedance. These mics are excellent uni-directional models picking up only the sound that's directly in front of the screen cancelling out most background noise making it ideal for situations where audience or fellow band members might be a problem… It's excellent as an alternative to the SM-57 if you are looking for more of a ribbon like tone. This mic works great with horns as well.” I found quite a few comments for using this with horns.
Condition is as shown. Two clips are included as original to the mic in the box, but one clip is broken and the other is fragile. The metal box had a red foam lining which disintegrated and was stuck everywhere to everything, so I pulled out all of it, cleaned everything, and put in the foam you see now.
