This a Sheldon SNC 2 band Haz clone preamp. This one is unique, it is a "set and forget " . The pots are mounted reverse so they stay in the control cavity. I did this so I only had 1 knob on my bass. It can be used with 2 volume knobs, passive or active pickups. Bass and treble boost/cut. Conus PayPal
