This is a Spector Ethos 4.
Equipped with an Aguilar P-J pickup set
The Stock Aguilar preamp was very noisy. So I replaced with an Audere classic 2 band preamp. The controls are Vol - Bal - Bass - Treble. While I had it all out, I shielded the cavity.
The Audere is very transparent and works well with the Aguilar. This preamp is boost/cut.
The bass is in excellent condition overall. It still has the plastic on the control cover. There are a few small scratches on the bottom edge of the body and some polishing swirls on the headstock.
Setup with low comfortable action.
The bass weighs roughly 8 lbs.
Includes the Spector gigbag.
