Up for sale, is a 2022 US Lakland 55-76. This 35" scale 5 string gets it's 76 distinction for the year of the introduction of the stingray bass. With the pickup in the traditional stingray 5 location, this gives you the best of all worlds. Ridiculously low action ,under 9 lbs with girth and clarity for days.
The standard LH-3 setup was replaced with a Nordstrand 5.2, and an Aguilar obp3 pre. The difference, was night and day. Volume, treble, mid, Bass. 3 way switch, series, single, parallel. Second switch for 400/800 mids. With this setup, it sounds almost identical to a stingray 5, with it being a little fuller . 8 lb 14 oz.
Alder body, Maple neck, Birdseye maple fingerboard, ebony blocks.
It's in excellent condition.
This is really an incredible bass, and it really doesn't get the play time it deserves. I have a suite of music man's also, but my 5594 gets most of all the work. Comes in the original HSC.
