Pups come with Villex mid-tone control & external pot for dialing up vintage to slap tones. Villex are offered as upgrades to Modulus & other high end basses. They are passive so do not require a battery or any body routing but have tonal qualities you ordinarily find only in active electronics.
I am the original owner & pups are in excellent condition & are less than two yrs old.
