For sale Vintage 80's Strings and Things St. Blues Best Example $800 Shipped

I have owned probably seven or eight early 80's String and Things St. Blues basses over the years and this is by far the absolute best condition, best looking and best playing one of them all. This will come with a new Italia strap (perfect match) and new Sadowsky Flatwounds. Keep in mind the bass is at least 25 years old and is not perfect. The most noticeable less than perfect spot is on the front of the bass in the area adjacent to the bridge, near the edge of the bass side...not really noticeable from any distance but nevertheless there (See third picture lower righthand corner). The bass will ship in a case very suitable for shipping, structurally sound but well used. I do have a brand new Protec Contego Base Case-Gigbag that I will include instead of the case for an additional $75.00. I am firm on the price because you will not find a better example. I am confident enough to offer a 48 hours inspection period with a full refund if the bass is not as I describe...of course you pay for return shipping and the bass must be in the same condition.
