I just purchased this bass from the original owner. I have no regrets on the buy, and I hate to turn this around, but I suddenly need to recover the money to help my son with a personal emergency. Asking what I paid which was $2400 plus $100 shipping. Please feel free to send me any questions. Note: In some pictures the back of the neck and head stock has a reddish hue, its actually dark brown in person. I also purchased black hardware but obviously am not getting around to installing it so comes with the bass.
-Mint Condition
-9.01 lbs on my digital scale
-Includes black hardware (NIB, not installed)
This is from the original Reverb listing where I bought the bass:
This gorgeous bass is #67 out of 100 Limited Edition basses made. It has a Wenge Wood neck and fretboard, a Swamp Ash Body with a European Ash Burl Top, and Gold Hardware. I’ve played this instrument in my home twice. I should say I’m a collector, but I need to let a number of basses go due to currently having too many. I have almost thirty now and need to get down to nineteen. This guitar comes with a certificate of authenticity. Also comes with a beautiful black hard case with the label “Spector” on it. I bought this case for the fit and because Warwick sends their basses out in gig bags not hard cases. You can have both if you like. The bass is perfect without any blemishes. I bought it new for $3000 but will sell it for $2500. Please contact me with questions if you have them.
