    Up for sale is my Zon Legacy Elite 6-string. The bass is in perfect playing shape, recently set up with a set of Fodera lights. It sounds tremendous and plays even better. There are a couple cosmetic imperfections (flaking on the headstock and a thin scratch). I’m selling to finance a recent impulse-buy, so I’m not particularly interested in trades. $2250 shipped or pickup in the LA or San Diego areas.

    Does this particular one have a truss rod? or was it from the era they didn't use them?

    Have any video/audio of how it sounds?

    Hi, this is a pre-truss-rod-era bass. My main player (a fretless Sonus Custom) is from the same period, and I've never missed the truss rod. I've had that bass for seven years, and it moved from Michigan to Texas to Connecticut to Chicago to California with no neck issues whatsoever. I've likewise never experienced any shifts on this bass over the three years I've had it.

    I'll try to record some sound clips this weekend. Sorry for the delay; work is killing me right now.
