I need to sell my 1966 Jazz. Painful but house needs work and this is my least played Jazz. I have too many. Anyway as you can see it has been refinished. Here is what is original: Neck,body,tuners,pickups, bridge,control plate,pickguard, thumbrest, wiring and brass sheilds. What is not original: Finish, headstock decal( I will supply you with a period correct water slide decal), neck binding, pots, strap buttons, foam under the pickups,and one control knob. The bridge pickup was repotted by Lindy Fralin a few years ago. It is hard to see in the pics but the neck pickup is marked 7 30 66. I can't find any markings on the bridge pickup but Lindy Fralin assured me it was a 66 pickup.This is a great sounding and playing vintage Jazz. I played many,many, many blues gigs with this bass but I keep flatwounds on it so the frets are in great shape. The case that comes with it may or may not be original. I bought the bass with it but nothing was said at the time about originality so,?. It has Dunlop straplocks and a Hipshot D tuner with the correct paddle style tuner but the original tuner will be in the case. Paypal only to verified paypal address. US only.
