This is a 1968 Bohemian-made plywood bass I owned and played for the last 35 years. It has a beautifully seasoned character tone (see the video) I had it recently restored and refinished so no body cracks. Over the years I have upgraded and changed much on it. It plays and sounds lovely and is a sturdy build.
It has a crack in the scroll repaired a very long time ago. I was always advised that it is holding just fine and not needing a rebuild.
It comes with:
ZMT Tailpiece (ZMT - Zoran Marković Tailpiece
Brazilwood french bow with new hair
Leather bow holster
Cocobolo wooden endpin
Synthetic tailgut
Strings: G- Gamut Pistoy gut
D - Gamut Pistory gut
A - Pirastro Perpetual
E - Pirastro Perpetual
Pickup: David Gage Realist
Gigbag: Tonareli Olive Symphony 3/4 (Tonareli Symphony Bass Bag 3/4 size OLIVE : Amazon.ca: Musical Instruments, Stage & Studio)
