All original 1970s Mutron III. No power supply, but currently have it set up with battery adapters and an isolator so it can be run off of a standard 9v power supply. Comes with the original box!

Yow. Possibly the cleanest example I've ever seen, and with the original box. My compliments to all previous owners of this particular Mutron III. That battery sticker is pure gold!
