I am selling a bass I thought I never would, it's my favorite bass I've ever owned. I am moving on to different things musically and this instrument isn't getting the attention it deserves.

I recently had it gone through and set up by the best bass tech in Boston, Wolf at MISC. He assured me of its authenticity and originality. The only things that aren't are the nut (which was brass when I bought it, but I had Wolf cut a beautiful bone one that made the bass play a lot better) and possibly the pots. The pots are definitely old, but he couldn't tell from their markings if they are original.
The bass sounds incredible and is a wonderful example of a 70's P bass gone right. Very nice weight at around 9.5lbs, never a sore back from this one. The neck is a B width, 1 5/8''. .
The bass will ship in a Mooradian gig bag, which is my favorite bag on the market today. Very heavily padded and lots of storage. I've never been one for hard cases. I will double box with lots of bubble wrap to ensure safe transport during shipping.
