I don’t want to let this go, but a custom color 65 P Bass just crossed my path and I need to raise some funds to pay for it!
This is a 1977 Fender Telecaster Bass in super cool ‘all black’ finish, just like the Telecaster Custom guitars of the same era! It is in great shape for nearly 50 years old. There are some bumps, dings, and light surface scratches, but no abuse.
All original parts, including 1976 pots. Serial under the guard matches the neck.
Solid ash body with a super rare Custom Black finish. Weight: a little over 10 lbs.
Maple neck with black dot inlays, chrome Fender tuners, and 1 5/8" nut width; 34" scale length.
Tele bass humbucker with master volume and tone controls. All electronics are in perfect working condition. The pickup is pretty hot!
Comes with bridge cover. The case looks like a Fender case, but is not original. It's in good shape.
