Up for sale is a 1979 Greco Early Sixties. Despite the name, this is Greco's version of a late 60's Fender Strat, and in typical Greco fashion, they knocked it out of the park. It features its original Maxon pickups, the late '60s oversized headstock, pearloid inlays, Sen body (Japanese Ash), maple neck with rosewood fretboard, and original Greco tuners. Within a few years of this guitar being made, Fender would strike a deal with the Fujigen and the Greco Fender clones would transition into the Fender Japan line. The fit and finish are excellent, and this one has seen its share of play time. I had it shipped over from Japan last year, and have used it sparingly since then. I have the action where I like it, but it can certainly be adjusted to the players preference. Asking $550.
