I'm selling my '79 T40 with original hardshell case for $850 plus shipping. I understand that these cases were transitional and bridged the gap between the rectangular and triangular molded cases. I bought the bass from the original owner a few years ago and it has never left my house. It doesn't look like it ever left the original owner's home either. It's in beautiful condition and everything works, sounds, and plays perfectly.
