The fretboard has some wear but it is pretty minor. There are also chips near the nut on both sides which you can see in the pics. There is a tiny discoloration near the bridge pickup where your thumb would go but it is under the finish. It needs new strings badly. Controls are volume/pickup pan/stacked treble and bass. Comes with a Zon foam "hard" case. One of the little feet things are busted off of the case but it still stands pretty well. I have a Zon gigbag, too, but it is pretty terrible. I bought this bass from a fellow TB'er quite a few years ago (10?) but I generally prefer 4 strings for fretless. I can email hi-res pics if needed.
