I would love to do just that, but have a new Dingwall rolling it's way to me from San Diego. But this is sure tempting. Shouldn't last long.

My apologies for not getting back to you...This bass is very light. I would suspect around 9 lbs. I'll verify when I get home.

Very nice/clean bass on the block here folks.

My '02 is about as close as it gets to the one listed here. It started life out as a Skyline JS4 LPB w/Rosewood. I have since swapped out eh neck to Maple Lined Fretless (MLF) as well as installed US Hipshot tuning machines.



I agree with the clean look of the Scheff models without PG.

Good luck with the sale.

This deserves a bump. I recently picked up one of these locally, and it has quickly become my favorite bass. It is way more versatile than I imagined--being both familiar sounding (like an active J with grind) but with it's own unique voice at the same time! I'm surprised no one has bought this.
