Picked this up about six months ago from the local shop. They had it traded in needing new tuning machines and a set up. New Warwick tuning machines were installed and the bass was set up. Everything is original otherwise. Plays awesome. Balances really well. I love the simple versatility of the double stacked knobs with push/pull. This bass gets all the stringray adjacent tones that I want with none of the things I don't love about stingrays. Put it on two tracks (containing slap of course) on an EP a few months ago and am just finding that now that that is done I am not really reaching for it.

As seen in one picture, the bass comes with a monstrous Warwick flight case.

Not super motivated to sell. Would prefer to trade for something that I'll play more. Would be willing to talk +/- $$. If you're on the west side of the US I might be willing to drive a distance as opposed to shipping. Feel free to PM me to run things by me! Down to chat.

Updated trade interests: Mostly looking for a fretted six string. Will consider five strings. Tobias, set neck Alembics, Modulus/G. Gould as a few examples. Long shot but would love an Alembic fretless 5 as a companion to my fretted one. I know those most similar in value would be the set neck models. Would consider 5’s with unique features/functions. Would consider 4 strings of the aluminum neck variety or hollow bodied. Really will hear out almost anything of similar value. Don't love Fender shapes and am a sucker for less traditional more niche instruments. Could be interested in 5's of the piezo only persuasion like Rick Turner, Rob Allen, etc. Fairly open to brands and builders but would love to try something new.

Thanks for lookin!

I won't claim to be a Warwick expert and have been informed that this looks more like an SN TCS. Which is what I initially thought, however the serial number on Warwick's serial lookup pulls it up as a Pro I. Just for transparency's sake.

Beautiful Dolphin! This is definitely a SN TCS which typically brings a little lower value than the neckthrough Pro 1. Still in the upper echelon of Warwicks though and a killer bass! Would love to snag one when the time is right and it’s for sale.

GLWT and incredible bass!

Very grateful for the TB community brain. Thanks for the messages and comments confirming it's an SN TCS.

Having a hard time finding one similar in sold listings here, eBay, and Reverb. The $3000-$3500 zone feels about right!
With that said I'll say trade value is more likely in the $2500-$3000 zone. Happy Sunday!

Got some new photos with some slightly less harsh lighting. Got a photo of the one little nick I can find on the back of the upper horn. Tried to get a photo of what feels like another nick between the knobs but it is super hard to capture! Thanks for looking!

Will be a bit slow to respond to DM's over the next few days being in and out of service for the holiday weekend. Thanks for looking!

Updated trade interests a bit for some more specificity. Added a couple 4 and 5 string considerations. Happy Weekend to all those slinging the low end!
