Alien Audio makes unique basses built in Nashville, TN. This bass is in good condition and plays great. Weighs 8 pounds 12 ounces.
The body is alder and the neck and fingerboard is maple (the maple feels and looks almost bare - luthier used bowler's wax on it so it feels nice and smooth and as if there is no finish at all).
It has the original Mo West designed 2 band preamp:
Small knobs: bass and treble
Master volume knob (closest to the bridge) is also an overdrive circuit when pulled
Middle knob is the pickup blend
Tone knob closest to the neck is a standard tone knob, with a push/pull knob for a treble boost.
It also has a super-cool 2TEK bridge. Sustain for days!
(2) P bass pickups! Right now the neck is a SD Quarter pounder and the bridge is a Nordstrand.

One finish crack on back by the bridge. I just can't get used to the 35 inch scale.
