This was one of the MKIIIs from the first batch out - evidenced by the flaked off letters. The pedal has never left by pedalboard and the board hasn’t left the house due to COVID. I honestly think the letters blew off simply from the breeze from me walking by too swiftly. The other letters and graphics seem to be pretty secure on the pedal, as I lightly wiped the pedal down with a polishing cloth prior to taking pictures and nothing additional came off.
