I bought this mixer from him. Communication was good. Had an issue a couple days in. Sent it back. He returned it to Mackie. They replaced it and he offered me the new mixer for a lot less than the used one. I was blown away. He didn't have to do this. I would've been happy to get a new mixer for the original price of the used one. An amazing stand up guy.
