We have everything that could possible go wrong - go wrong. Paypal held his funds for a week, we still don't really know why, or what happened. UPS, said that I tried to diver the bass back to me (which I didn't). When he went to pick it up at the holding station they initially refused to give it to him. All kinds of craziness. All NSF was calm, cool, and collect the entire time. Total gentleman. Had every opportunity to get upset or not give the benefit of the doubt when support bazaar stuff kept happening to each of us.
