ADA MB-1 v2.05 with RFX Midibuddy (power supply included), ADA laminated Midi chart, and 20 FT. hosa midi cable.
The v2.05 chip was provided by ADADepot and professionally installed by Audio Electronics here in Dallas as were the Mesa Boogie 12AX7's.
