I wanted to love the short scale, but I'm more at home on 32" or 34" scale...
Got this bass a month ago, it was ordered by me from Chopper Anderson @ Alien Audio Basses. This is his Constellation model, in 30"...with Howard Ulyate dual P pickups and the Mo West preamp. If you've not done any research on this pre, look online and hear some sound samples...it's one of the most musical preamps on the market. I'm going to use the funds from this sale to have a 34" Alien made, so no trades.
The bass sports Hipshot hardware (Ultralite tuners) and comes in just at 8.9 pounds on the bathroom scale. Ships in a gig bag.
Looking for $2150.00 obo (I paid $2500) plus 80% of actual shipping costs.
