My boss gave me an unexpected bonus a few years ago and, because I had a smaller gig lined up that didn't require SVT support, I bought this amp before the bonus even hit my checking account. I named her Peggy. Creative, I know.
Sounds awesome with rounds or flats, P or J, through an Ampeg PF-115HE cabinet as well as the SVT 212AV I have at home. I don't recall ever hooking it up to the 810, but I have no doubt you could dial it whatever tones you were looking for through this incredibly flexible and portable amp.
Turned out that smaller gig was a one-off, and this amp has sat at home, lonesome, ever since. I was keeping it as a back up for my SVT, just in case, but I recently acquired a V-4B, so this sweet little gal can move on to someone who will use her.
