Amazing drop-in active preamp for jazz basses. Configured for Vol - Mid/Bal - Treb/Bass with the Z-mode switch. I'm selling this because I'm trying to fund a bass project.

Notes: I am the second owner. When I pulled the preamp out of the bass to change the battery one of the leads came off the circuit board. I soldered it back on and have not had any problems since, however I thought it would be best to say that ahead of time. The solder point is the red wire in the close up picture.
The clipped black wire hanging in space from the jack is where you solder the bridge ground. I can leave that there if you want to use it for wire nutting it to your own ground, or I can take it off. Just let me know.
