Bartolini GGM45CX Dual Coil Pickups, 2003

Here is a nice set of 'vintage' 2002 - 2003 era Bartolini GGM45CX, removed from their original installation in a 2003 Modulus Q5 bass. Sound great and work perfectly. Still with the full length of lead from install. Standard EMG 40 sized. And show the normal signs of use and top markings as shown in the pics. These are teh same pickup abd can be installed in either position, the tape and lettering I added on removal to ID which they came out of.

GG = Geoff Gould
M4 = shape (EMG DC40 equivalent)
5 = number of strings
CX is a variation of the original series dual coil humbucker. Mostly they were a brighter winding but the X it turns out simply meant it was different.

Also, normally these would be the placement designations:

T is the bridge position
B is the neck position

However, in this case, per Bartolini: "Mostly we make pickups in matched pairs for the bridge and neck positions but Geoff liked to use a bridge voice pickup in both positions so they are the same and since they are GGM45CX that is confirmed"
