I bought this used about a year ago (second owner I believe) and I've never had it out of my house. Overall, I would say the cabinet is in very good condition with a minor dent on the top corner (see pic).

49 lbs so its easy to move around for all the power it brings
3 front firing 10s and one in the back. Nice and tight sound as you would expect from a sealed cabinet.
I am in Citrus county but could meet up as far as Orlando or Tampa.
