Robert provided me with a simple, painless solid bass suiting my exact needs, within one week of confirming the purchase.

I purchased a Fender Short Scale J Bass, made in China, for my James Jamerson gigs in a timely manner. The price was not above MSRP for it's condition and worth.

The bass plays perfectly, has no technical issues, the action was fine and was easily lowered with an Allen wrench, the pots are perfect, the output jack is tight and not loose in any way, the pickups were easily lowered with a Phillips, the nut and tuning machines are tight, the pick guard is smooth with a slight amount of dust that came off in 5 minutes with cleaner + Q tips, any nicks are tiny and not noticeable. The neck joint is like new, and the flat wounds with the passive 3-band pickups are the exact vintage sound I need for Motown.

In short, the bass was exactly as advertised, I Zelled Robert the money and the bass was shipped the next day. There were no problems nor delays with the purchase, shipping, and performing with the bass. I bought it and was onstage with it in a week.

Rocket Queen (Bob) is very easy to communicate with and it was a breeze to make arrangements for purchasing and shipping. He provided some great information after a couple of conversations based off a few things I mentioned. A thoughtful gesture. There wasn't a need for a lot of negotiation, just a discussion on preference for shipping and payment that I totally agreed with. Everything was fair and fell right into place. The Bass is exactly as described.
