This pedal emulates the legendary Hiwatt CP103 amp, as most famously heard on the Who's "Live at Leeds" album. In addition to the Baxandall EQ, there's a Post control that allows blending in a tape echo preamp after the main circuit, which fattens up the signal and adds a sheen missing from the original, as well as plenty of extra volume.
The pedal was purchased new from Sweetwater just a month ago for $150. Not really used, just tested out, original box, no velcro.
