I've got two sets of Jazzbass pickups here for sale. The first are the original pickups from my 2004 CIJ Geddy. The second are DiMarzio Model J's (which I had replaced the Geddys with some 10 years ago, and now have been replaced with Area J's). $80 for each set of pickups, or $150 for both, including shipping in the continental USA. (NOTE: the first 3 pics are the Geddys, the next 3 the Model J's)
