This is a great piccolo bass. Never used on a gig. Barely touched. Not even broken in. I switched to playing vibes.

It is a number 2 Skyrider as you can see on the markings on the head.

It comes with case and certificate of authenticity.

Sweet looking bass Todd. I own Skyrider #1. If I wasn't already having Sadhana built, I'd be sorely tempted by this beauty!

I'm not getting any hits on a reduced price so I'm going back up to $1,800 and waiting until someone really wants it. I just don't feel like giving it away. Its a great sounding bass looking for a good home.

I like the woods used in your bass! On a different topic, do you you play your KAT often? I used a MalletKat, and a TrapKat in my band program.

I bought a brand new Birdsong Sadhana Piccolo in July. The sound is full-bodied and even across the bass. The instrument is very well made and Scott Beckwith is a great guy to work with.
