SOLD!

I love this bass, and it pains me to do this, but I really need to thin down the herd. This just doesn't get the play time it deserves. It is in great condition with no marks, scratches, etc. that I could find. It plays like butter, sounds rich and deep and has no feedback issues.

This bass has a mahogany body and neck with a flamed Koa top and matching flamed Koa inline headstock. The body has tortoise shell binding. It has an ebony fretboard with white dot inlays and side markers. It has chrome hardware and Dunlop straplocks. I will include a nylon strap with the bass. It is currently strung with LaBella tapewounds.

It is an extremely resonant instrument with a variety of acoustic to electric tones to be had. The mahogany neck is very comfortable. It is light as a feather, and a joy to play. I have only played this in church a couple of times. Otherwise it has not left my non-smoking home. It is truly a beautiful instrument. The bass comes with a vintage tweed case with truss rod wrench and keys.

While the bass is light, the case is on the heavy side and this will cost a bit to ship. I'm thinking [DEL]$750[/DEL] $699 + shipping in the USA. I prefer Paypal.

I am only looking to trade for a USA Peavey Cirrus 5 string at this time but let me know what you got, worst thing is that I will say no.

PM with any questions and here are a few pics:

Bump for a great bass, and an even better guy.
This really is a beautiful bass, even better in person.

Good luck with the sale Mr. Fish.

I want to bump this up, too.

If I could, I'd snatch this bass up in a heart beat.

Absolutely stunning.

Someone buy it so I can sleep at night without seeing this thread. :help:

Beautiful Bass. I'm with peterwsmith though; "I just can't see myself using it enough".

If I had the cash to spare I would buy it and get a case with a frame around it and hang it on the wall as a peice of artwork. A case that opened of course, with a little light inside like at Hard Rock!
